Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This extended warranty is available to original purchasers of the Hydration Running Belt only and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase will be required for warranty claims.
Duration: This warranty extends the standard warranty period by an additional six months from the date of the expiration of the original manufacturer's warranty.
Coverage: This extended warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, including, but not limited to, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper care or normal wear and tear.
Remedy: Should the product fail during the warranty period, we will repair the item free of charge or replace it at our discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product for warranty service.
Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team via info@worldvoyager.co, providing a description of the issue, the date of purchase, and your contact details.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach of this warranty or any implied warranties.
Other Legal Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, or country to country.
